Wellbeing
Travel that restores. Through quiet, movement, ritual, nature, sleep — and places chosen for what they do to you, not how they look.
Palmō Retreats was founded to design travel differently — smaller, more personal, anchored in real experience.
There is a way of travelling that does not come from catalogues. It begins with questions, not options. It ends with a recommendation that fits the life you are actually living, not a seasonal campaign. Palmō Retreats was started as a small atelier for that kind of travel.
Palmō Retreats was founded by Anna-Noelle Pichler. Her background in international premium service and intercultural work shapes how we choose houses, design journeys, and look after our guests. Anna-Noelle is the direct point of contact for every inquiry — there is no team of advisors, no desk you are passed along.
We work with a small, deliberate selection of houses and partners. We grow the portfolio slowly, by visit and by relationship, never by listing. The result is a travel atelier that feels closer to a friend with very specific taste than to a travel company.
We recommend houses with a clear concept. That means: we understand why this house belongs in this place. We know — wherever possible — the people running it. We pay attention to the connection between architecture, service, food, and a sense of place. And we don't recommend anything we wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Culture is in the architecture, the food, the landscape, the way a place holds its own. We look for journeys that make this feeling tangible.
Discretion, materials, service, atmosphere. Substance instead of stage.
We read every note ourselves. We answer within two business days.
